| LUANNE BRYANT SMITH Luanne Bryant Smith is a partner practicing in the areas of residential and commercial real estate, business litigation, domestic relations, personal injury, wrongful death, tort liability, worker’s compensation, criminal law and estate planning. Ms. Smith is a native of Cairo, Georgia. She received her Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A) degree with a concentration in Accounting in 1996 from Valdosta State University. While at VSU, she served as President of the Kappa Beta Chapter of Phi Mu Fraternity from 1992-1993, was a member of the President’s Council, and received the Order of Omega award for academic excellence. Ms. Smith received her Juris Doctor (JD) degree from the Walter F. George School of Law at Mercer University in 2000. Ms. Smith is a member of the State Bar of Georgia. She is active in the State Bar of Georgia Young Lawyers Division, having been elected to the Board of Directors and appointed to the Leadership Academy in 2008. In 2007, Ms. Smith served as a founding member and President of the Valdosta Young Lawyers Division. She is also a member of the Valdosta Bar Association. Ms. Smith volunteers her time to Valdosta-Lowndes County Habitat for Humanity by teaching home buyer education classes and donating “sweat equity” time to new home buyers. |
